So, what does Agile mean? In plain English, it means “ fast”.

It means, Agile Methodologies attempt to provide fast and high quality product delivery to the customers

Customer satisfaction is on a very high priority.

Waterfall Vs Agile

Waterfall: it is the traditional methodology, with extensive documentation and contractual work

Also, the customer is not involvement much during the creation of the product. He gets to see the final product only in most cases. Lack of customer insights can lead to delivery of low quality products

Agile: customer is involved all along , right from the beginning till the delivery of the final product. His feedback is taken regular lunch

Customer satisfaction is ensured through iterative deliveries, implementation of customer feedback
