—Transparency – The progress and goals should be visible to all stakeholders including the users, sponsors and teams. This especially helps in building trust.
—Inspection – Checking progress regularly to detect any undesirable changes or delays. This helps in catching and fixing impediments well in time.
—Adaptation – Adjusting regularly to minimise further issues or iterations.

—Commitment – To deliver as per the mission/vision by providing full support to eliminate roadblocks or difficulties.

—Scrum Master – Ensures the things are delivered fast and scrum guidelines are followed
—Product Owner – Ensures the right thing is being built. He brings customer perspective within the team.
—Development Team – Ensures that they build the thing right.
